Hello! I’m Sylvia from Redding, California. I am a former resident of lovely SF, and finding yummy baked goods up here is difficult. We have one excellent cake bakery, and a fairly decent cookie store. But if I want it done right for special occasions, I need to bake it at home. I’m hoping one day to check off “laminated doughs and pastries” as a specialty.
