Justine has been teaching baking & cooking to middle school-age children for the last decade in Woodside & Portola Valley. She has a degree in holistic nutrition from Bauman College in Berkeley and a chef's certification. Justine's Swedish mother and grandmother passed down their love of baking. Since moving from Boston to the Bay Area, she is inspired by the work of Amy Chaplin, Claire Ptak and Liz Prueitt, after learning from Joanne Chang of Flour.
