Shortbread & Cookie Dough Rolling & Cutting Tips & Tricks or (waxed paper is a baker’s best friend part 2) for Bakers Dozen Members Only
This workshop will cover:
1) Delia Athey’s Scottish shortbread recipe plus one from Food & Wine,
2) Delia's two favorite cut out/decorated cookie recipes
3) Mixing techniques for traditional shortbread
4) Rolling and cutting tools, tricks and tips for shortbread and roll and cut cookies
Everyone will get to practice the shortbread dough mixing and both shortbread and cookie rolling and cutting. In addition, everyone will go home with samples of the cookies and shortbread as well as detailed info on where to purchase the tools used in the workshop.
Everyone should bring their own lunch and beverage of choice.
