Join us for our next zoom meeting with Rose Gillen who will share tips and tricks to candying citrus peel. Rose will demonstrate a quick way to candy peels that can be used in various baking options as well as another technique for making beautiful candied peels as decoration, to eat or as a gift. She will go over the best ways to save up peels to have enough on hand as well as how to store them once candied.
