As Light as Air with Beth Lee
Beth Lee will demonstrate how to make a light-as-air cake called Tishpishti. Rooted in the Sephardic Jewish traditions. This particular version happens to be gluten-free and perfect for Passover if you’ll be celebrating. The cake is finished with a syrup and often cut in diamond shapes, harkening to another Mediterranean and Middle Eastern treat – baklava.
