Dreamt of starting your own bakery? Unsure what it would take financially, emotionally and physically to get a bakery up and running? Grace Kerfoot, the incredibly talented baker behind Blackwall Bakery in Tahoma, CA, joins us to share her journey. Grace will discuss the logistics of building her cottage food operation from the ground up and being a one woman (plus-a-partner-at-times) team. She’ll dive into the learning curves and triumphs along the way from her very own fabulous bakery space—otherwise known as her dining room. 

Grace sells her fantastic breads and pastries at Farmer’s Markets in Truckee and Tahoe City during the summer, and holds pop-ups at several venues throughout the year. I hope you can join us for a lively discussion about what it takes to start your own bakery.
